• A 2-hour consultation to review your wedding day details and vendor contracts.
• Two meetings with clients to review scheduling
• Professional advice and etiquette guidance
• On-site coordination for rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception
• Visit to ceremony and reception sites for a walkthrough
• Serve as a liaison among vendors and confirm responsibility prior to wedding day
• Prepare wedding day timelines and agenda
• Prepare instructions for wedding party
• Two hours of wedding ceremony coordination*
• Five hours of reception coordination**
• Wedding Day Emergency kit on hand
